GOAL: Strengthen and tone the legs

SET-UP: High Kneeling

PROPS: No Props

REPETITIONS: 8x

DETAILS: Inhale hinge at the hips and lower the butt so is hovering just above the feet. Exhale scoop the low belly and tuck the hips under tilting the pelvis posteriorly. Inhale release the pelvis back to neutral and the start position.
