Single Arm Pull Down - Triangle - Bicep Curls

GOAL: Strengthen the arms, back and shoulders

SET-UP: Standing, High Kneeling

PROPS: Theraband

REPETITIONS: 8x

DETAILS: Inhale breathe into the back and sides of the ribcage. Exhale reach one arm out to side in line with the shoulder whilst the other arm maintains the start position. Inhale contract the bicep and bend the lower part of the moving arm. Exhale extend the arm back to the start position
