Single Arm Abduction

GOAL: Strengthen the arms, back and shoulders

SET-UP: Standing, High Kneeling

PROPS: Theraband

REPETITIONS: 8x

DETAILS: Inhale breathe into the back and sides of the ribcage. Exhale reach one arm out to side in line with the shoulder whilst the other arm maintains the start position. Inhale return the moving arm to the start position. Exhale switch arms
