The Two Week Core Challenge consists of daily workouts which aim to strengthen the muscles of the deep core to support you during your pregnancy. Just 10 minutes a day and you will not only feel more connected, you will have been retraining your muscles fibers, creating a great foundation for your prenatal Pilates practice.
