GOAL: Strengthen and tone the arms and back of the shoulder

SET-UP: Seated, Standing

PROPS: Hand Weights, Theraband

REPETITIONS: 8x

DETAILS: Inhale breathe into the back and sides of the ribcage. Exhale draw the belly button to your spine to stabilize and then contract the bicep and curl the lower arm toward the upper arm. Lower the arm halfway and then lift it up an inch and lower back down an inch. Repeat
