PROPS: No Props
DETAILS: Inhale - draw the shoulders down the back as you squeeze the upper arm in toward the side of the body. Exhale - draw the belly button up toward the spine as you hover the elbows up off the mat. Ensure the elbows stay pointing back behind you and you working to keep the shoulder blades flat across the back.
