Butt Stretch

GOAL: Stretch the deep muscles of the butt to loosen the hips

SET-UP: Supine

PROPS: No Props

REPETITIONS: Hold stretch for 30 seconds - then repeat as needed.

DETAILS: When the muscles of your butt are tight they pull on the vulnerable sacrum and cause a lot of pain and discomfort. Add this little butt stretch to the end of your workouts.
