GOAL: Strengthen and tone the arms

SET-UP: Standing

PROPS: Hand Weights, Theraband


DETAILS: Inhale breathe into the back and sides of the ribcage. Exhale draw the belly button to your spine to stabilize and then contract the bicep and curl the lower arm toward the upper arm. Lower the arm halfway and hold. Lift the arm up an inch, and lower an inch. Repeat.
